We walk your site
Someone comes out and goes through the place with you. We map the high touch surfaces, ask about access and quiet hours, and find out what your current cleaner keeps getting wrong. About 45 minutes, and it costs you nothing.
You get a scope and a fixed price
Room by room, with a frequency against every task. You read it, ask for changes, then sign it off. The price is fixed to that scope, so if the work changes later the price only moves with your approval.
Sector trained cleaners on site

Most cleaning companies will not give you a number until they have you in a meeting. We will at least tell you where regular cleaning starts and what the Melbourne market actually pays.

It comes down to foot traffic and what happens in the space. Offices with staff in most days usually need three to five cleans a week, and bathrooms and kitchens are what drive that, not desk space. Retail is normally cleaned before opening, six or seven days. Healthcare sites generally need daily attention. Low traffic offices and studios run comfortably on one or two visits a week.
What is a fair hourly rate for a commercial cleaner in Melbourne?
A compliant, insured commercial cleaning company in Melbourne generally sits between $45 and $65 plus GST an hour in 2026, and Melbourne runs 10 to 20 per cent above the national average.
